Our company has been recently established in Long Island City in September, 2008. While we are a fledgling company, our expertise in the field of upholstery, drapery and wall treatments is quite extensive.

Having managed a well respected “old world style” workroom for 10 years gave me the knowledge and training needed in all aspects of this demanding field of interior design.

During the formation of Jaydan Interiors, I relied upon that training in employing the best artisans and suppliers in the field of upholstery. My foreman, head of the upholstery division, is highly regarded by many as a “master” craftsman. He has over 25 years of experience at different venues. The supervisor of the drapery division also comes to me with 25 years of experience and under her tutelage our employees create magnificent bedspreads, pillows, shades and drapery. These two are both passionate and proud of their artistry. While all of our employees are experienced craftsman, they are retrained in our technique. Our work is installed with our own installation team thereby assuring our customer of the utmost excellence.

I am equally demanding in selecting only the highest quality materials and products. My staff and I have been trained in the use and installation of motorized window treatments and have been given the designation of “authorized” installers and programmers. This technology is fairly new to the world of interior design.

I have enjoyed a wonderful working relationship with my staff, my vendors and my customer base in the past and continue to do so in my new company, Jaydan Interiors.

Customer relations has always been my top priority. My clientele is among the top in the field of Interior Design and together we strive to create exceptional items of wall covering, spreads, shades, drapery and upholstery of the highest caliber.

I am always accessible to meet with a prospective designer at his or her office or requested location. I welcome visitors to my workroom where you can meet my employees and see the workroom in action.

Our location in Long Island City is convenient to reach by car or various means of public transportation. We are within walking distance to a variety of subway lines. Long Island City is rapidly becoming a center for the industry and we are pleased to find ourselves in the heart of it.
